My role with Business Live is to develop and enhance the Business Live brand. My ‘core’ responsibilities include marketing, public relations, and all online presence, but generally anything ‘customer-facing’ and I’m involved!

I have 20 years experience in sales & marketing, primarily in the leisure/entertainment field. The first 10 years of my professional life was spent in 'corporate world' working for a large plc, where I cut my teeth in all aspects of the leisure industry.

My roles were many and varied, ranging from management positions to executive positions in a number of fields - nightclubs and bars, restaurants, leisure attractions, hotels, conference centres and theatres.

In 2001, along with my business partner Fred Harlow, we decided to 'bite the bullet' and venture into the 'unchartered waters' of running our own business - and Bistro Live was born.

Our aim is to establish a chain of live music restaurants along the M1 corridor - to date we have 3 - in Leicester, Nottingham and Milton Keynes.

In the last couple of years, we have added Henderson Management, a live music and entertainment agency to our 'portfolio', and we are in the process of building this business.
